and tasty food!As so often the Serbs also showed a strong presence at the CIAF, this year however only with one aircraft in the static display - a newly painted An-26 –and the Super Galeb and J-22 Orao in the air. After the air show in Hungary Brno was the second place for them to present the new special color scheme on the Orao abroad. The "Stars", or "Hvezdy" from Novi Sad completed the participation from this country, though this team has to be more attributed to the civil list.

Two military display teams were also present: the Polish Iskra team, showing clear signs of the shrinking numbers of this aircraft in the Polish Air Force as only four aircraft flew in formation compared to seven in earlier years, and the Croatian "Krila Oluje" ("Wings of Storm"), flying the Pilatus PC-9.

A lot of change during the flying program was brought in by the civil participants, starting with the most entertaining show of the Czech "Létající ciskus" (Flying Circus) as well as the most impressive 5-ship formation of An-2, flying really on Saturday evening, or the historic BH-1, the Romanian "Aerobatic Yakkers" on their two YAK 52TW and the formation flying of four L-13 Blaník gliders.
